Over 20 years’ extensive hands-on experience in developing manufacturing processes, people development, and properly engaging for process excellence. I have been extensively trained, coached, and mentored on Lean and System Development concepts, by ex-Toyota employees and TPS consultants.
I am proud and honored to be a pioneer member of Lean Implementation Team in MAS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. –Sri Lanka – 2005 and practically sound in process improvement, Problem Solving Tools and Techniques application, and employee engagement for operational excellence, which are an absolute important for an organization for achieving the defined goals and objectives. As a change agent, I have led, managed, and consulted for many Process Improvement projects at various manufacturing facilities in different countries to create a consistently profitable and self- developing organization. My lifelong professional journey has always been about helping people to uplift their professional careers and add value to the organization and family life. By cultivating the real-time Problem-Solving Culture through people’s empowerment and development, it helps to harness the power of the mind and take ownership, accountability, and trust in the workplace.

Indike worked as a Divisional Lean Sensei in India to coach, mentor to MAS Holdings Plants which are located in Chennai and Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) in India to improve Lean management and people engagement for operational excellence.
For more than 6 years, worked as a MAS Operating System Corporate Team Member / Lean Master Black Belt to coach & guide number of plants & individuals in their Lean journey.
